A CUMBERNAULD firm has won a national business award for the third year running.
From its premises above Moriarty’s bar in Cumbernauld Town Centre, KBVO (Knowledge Base for Virtual Offices) provides telephone support for client companies all over the world. It was once again named the UK’s most loved telephone answering service by business directory TheBestOf. More than 100 happy clients recommended KBVO for the award, which was received by company founder Chris Munro from TheBestOf managing director Michelle Downey.
Chris, who is 42 and lives in Eastfield, said: “I set up the company in 2003 and since then we’ve built up a lot of positive feedback and testimonials from our clients. We offer a custom, personalised answering service where our team of PAs really learn how the client’s company operates and can give the correct advice.
“We employ 12 staff and recently celebrated our millionth call. Our client base is primarily located in England, although we also have clients as far away as New Zealand.
“We would like to thank all our customers for their nominations – and look forward to taking our next million calls.”
