Stars set to shine for music festival

TICKETS for all 10 Motherwell Music Festival 2009 concerts are now on sale.

The Motherwell Music Festival is a new event – taking place in August at Motherwell Concert Hall and Motherwell Theatre.

The line-up includes top names like Donnie Munro (ex Runrig) and Glenn Tilbrook (ex Squeeze) with the sensational Teenage Fanclub making their Motherwell Concert Hall debut in an exclusive gig on Thursday August 20.

Many acts are playing Motherwell for the first time, or making a welcome return after fantastic gigs in recent years.

The 2009 Festival celebrates the success of the Concert Hall and Theatre complex over the past 40 years, as the venue prepares for major refurbishment in 2010.
