The Twilight Sad are a lot happier than they sound

The Twilight Sad’s name, sound and lyrics might paint a very bleak and angry picture of the world, but the lads are not quite so pessimistic in the flesh.

Singer James Graham, guitarist Andy MacFarlane and drummer Mark Devine have just released their latest album, No One Can Ever Know, and are preparing to spend the rest of the year on the road supporting it.

The trio, who hail from Kilsyth and Banton, spoke to us in their local pub, the Swann Inn, about the release.
