Westfield resident and Lego enthusiast Graeme Wells is organising a hobby event in Cumbernauld.

The first ever Braw Brick Show will be held on Saturday, October 8 at the Church of the Holy Name in Seafar from 10am until 4pm.

The event will feature models built by experts, a Lego Pokehunt and the Master Builder Challenge competition open to model-makers of all ages.

The show also has its own Facebook page and Lego enthusiasts are welcome to get involved.

Tickets to the show are £2.50 (ages 3 and under get in free) and are available from Castle Comics in Cumbernauld Town Centre. All proceeds go to the FairyBricks charity, which gifts Lego sets to sick children.
