PROFESSIONAL cheerleaders the Scottish Rockettes have been encouraging people to do themselves and others good by signing up for the NSPCC’s Aerobathon.

Taking place on Sunday, February 20, this sponsored workout will take place at the ARC, Glasgow Caledonian University’s sports centre, from 11am – 1pm.

The Rockettes will get the participants warmed up for the two-hour session before Zumba instructor Yainer Carbonell Vegueriz gets everyone shaking and shimmying.

Participants are asked to raise money through sponsorship.
