REHEARSALS are now well underway for this year’s Christmas show at Cumbernauld Theatre - Cinderella.

Designed and directed by Ed Robson, artistic director at the theatre, this production of the definitive ‘rags to riches’ story features Irene Allan, Rachel Gibson, Peter Callaghan, Fraser Boyle and Kevin Quinn.

Beautiful costumes, set design lights and sound – this outstanding production of Cinderella shines above all the rest. As always, the theatre will put its own spin on this well-known tale - this time the plot is that Cinderella has lost her memory but with the help of her friends – and the audience – she might just be able to remember who her Prince really is.

And once again the theatre will offer seating all around the stage for a “theatre in the round” experience you won’t find elsewhere.

This makes the show all the more interactive and fun, with such features as the actors wandering around the audience well known to regular attendees at the Cumbernauld Christmas show. With wonderful and surprising moments, enchanting music and a sprinkle of audience participation, Cumbernauld Theatre Company brings you a tale to delight all the family.
