ITCHYCOO Park, one of Scotland’s top tribute acts, comes to Twa Corbies on Friday.

Taking their name from the1967 top 10 hit from the Small Faces, the band describe themeselves as a tribute act to a musical era rather than a specific band. They specialise in recreating the sounds of all the greatest and most popular bands of the 1960s, covering a wide variety of hits from the Beatles, Rolling Stones and Kinks to Cream and Small Faces.

Jock Barnson, promoter of the live music sessions at the Twa Corbies, said: “With such a huge reprtoire of material to choose from you never get the same set twice.

“Featuring Ronnie Davidson on guitar, vocals and keyboards, Jim Logue on bass, vocals and keyboards, John McNaught on drums, percussion and vocals and Les More on guitar and vocals, Itchycoo Park have flown the flag for Scotland as far afield as Turkey, the USA and even the famous cavern club in Liverpool.”

It’s recommended to arrive early for the show. Doors open at 8pm with entry costing just £3.
