Kildrum Primary has received a stellar write-up from Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Education which does not hold back when listing the school’s strengths.

Head teacher Myra Lindsay said: “I am delighted with the outcome of the inspection as it reinforces that Kildrum is a very good school, and in some areas, is outstanding.”

Parent Alexis Grieve whose children are in P6, said: “I have just read the report and from a parents’ perspective it makes very reassuring reading.”

It comes in the wake of last week’s superb report for Whitelees Primary in Cumbernauld.
