Girls, there’s still - just - time to get registered for the biggest fundraising walk in your area.
The Strathcarron Ladies Midnight Tiara Walk is on Saturday, June 14.
Starting at Stirling Rugby Club you will follow the five mile or ten mile route around Stirling to help raise much needed funds for the hospice.
This great event is now in its sixth year and has been enjoyed by countless ladies over the years.
Registration is just £20 and includes a walk T-shirt, flashing tiara, back pack, water, chocolate, medal and hot breakfast roll and drink on finishing. All that is asked is that you raise a minimum of £30 sponsorship.
Angela Gillies, marketing and communications manager said: “This is the biggest fundraising event of the year for the hospice and we want as many ladies as possible to sign up and take part.
“It is such an exciting event with all the girls wearing their flashing tiaras it is quite a sight to see. We are extremely lucky to have the support of local Rotary Clubs and individuals to help steward the route and encourage the girls as they make their way along the streets.
“We are very lucky to have such a facility as Strathcarron , providing 24hour care 52 weeks a year not only at the hospice but out in the communities we serve.”
Girls must be sixteen and over to take part in the walk. To register please call the Fundraising Department 01324 826222 or enter on line at www.strathcarronhospice.org
