Help at hand for visually impaired

A CHARITY for visually impaired people is set to hold an information event in Cumbernauld.

Visibility has announced that the event will be held in the New Town Hall on Tuesday, March 8 from 10am-1pm.

On offer will be information, advice and equipment demonstrations to visually impaired people, as well as their families and friends.

A spokesman for Visibility said: “These events will give an opportunity for attendees to see a range of services and equipment from a variety of agencies and to learn more about what is available to people with a visual impairment.”
