Hitting out at horse mess

DOGS and their owners often get the blame when it comes to making a mess in public – but they’re not alone.

A Cumbernauld resident has urged owners to clean up after their animals after finding horse droppings on a public path.

Bill Henry, of Greenrigg Road, North Carbrain, discovered the horse droppings in the tunnel that comes from The Carbrain Gully to the stairs leading up to the Tryst Sports Centre recently.
