Cumbernauld Shopping Centre attracts potential buyers.

ONE of the oldest parts of Cumbernauld town Centre is under offer, it has emerged.

The phase two part of the centre was officially put up for grabs last month after its parent company CNC Investments went into administration in June.

A Jersey-based company of receivers called BDO named a price of £3.5 million and set a closing date of Friday,

November 30 and it is understood two bidders came forward. BDO declined to comment.
