ANGRY residents in Kildrum are calling for urgent action to be taken after being left roof-less for a month.
Occupants of the top floor flats say they have been wading through the aftermath of the storms on January 3, which tore part of their roof off, ruining their properties – and even forcing one householder to move out.
Now owners are demanding action from housing association Sanctuary, who factor the building, to resolve the issue.
Ex-fireman,Eddie Laughlan is one of the top-floor residents. He said: “It took Sanctuary a week to send anyone out after it happened.
“They only carried out a temporary repair – and the water is still coming in.”

But Sanctuary said repairs had been hampered by poor weather.
