Roads closed

TWO of Cumbernauld’s road will be affected by closures next week.

Resurfacing work is being carried out on Mollins Road and part of Deerdykes Road from Monday, February 13 to Friday, February 17.

Mollins Road will be closed between Deerdykes roundabout and Gartshore. Vehicles on the north side of the closure should proceed north on Mollins Road, east on Orchardton Road, then south and west on Westfield Road. Vehicles on the south side of the closure should proceed vice versa.

Deerdykes Road will be closed between Deerdykes roundabout and Old Quarry Road. Vehicles on the east side of the closure should travel east and north on Deerdykes Road, then west on Westfield Road, and vehicles on the west side of the closure should proceed vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
