NORTH Lanarkshire Leisure has once again come in for criticism for its changes to the Tryst Swimming Pool timetable.
Angry swimmers have been venting their frustrations since before the turn of the year when the new timetable came into force, which appears to have stopped many users getting access to the pool at their desired times.
Swimmers with disabilities and day-time commitments appear to be among those affected most by the changes and the complaints continue to flood in.
This week David Dickson from Cumbernauld said: “My wife is heavily pregnant and she needs to use the beginners pool. It’s the only one she can use and it’s shut most of the time. It’s the same for disabled people.
“The only time it’s open for an adult is for a few hours at night.”
