A KILSYTH-BORN Vietnam War veteran has come home for Christmas and to marry his wife-to-be after a lifetime of travelling the world with the Australian armed forces.
From leaving home at the age of 19 as a young Scottish tearaway, to returning home as a 62-year-old Vietnam War veteran, Robert (Bobby) Taggart has seen it all.

But Bobby has come home for this most important of months for armed forces to pay his respects on Remembrance Day and to marry his wife-to-be, Anne.
