THE News and Chronicle has teamed up with award-winning American songstress, Amy Grant, to give our readers the awesome opportunity to see her perform live.
The Augusta-born singer has a plethora of hits, chart success, awards and platinum selling albums worldwide and is a musical legend in her native America.
Her career has crossed over from Christian Rock into mainstream pop, and has a back catalogue of hits spanning 30 years.
Now after a 15 year absence from UK venues, the Grammy Award winner is set to return and you can be there too.
Amy is set to play three dates in July this year as part of her European tour and we are offering four pairs of tickets to catch the Scottish show.
The American artist and her band will be playing the Clyde Auditorium on Friday, July 15.
Amy said: “I’ve lost count of the number of years it has been since I’ve done an international show and I am very excited to add these to the calendar.
“The night will be a more acoustic night of stories and songs, but I’m bringing enough of my band to rock the house a bit too!”
While Amy’s name and songs might not be instantly recognisable to listeners in the UK, her talent and popularity is underlined by the wealth of awards and huge album sales she has recorded across the globe.
Her career highlights include over 30 million albums sold, six Grammy awards, a TV series and countless number one records.
