Anne McKluckie was diagnosed with breast cancer in June and has recently started treatment to fight the condition.

However loving sister Liz Paterson decided that Anne would not be alone in her fight and vowed to shave her hair off to support her sister and raise money for Breast Cancer Care.

Liz bit the bullet last week and went through with her promise, getting a ‘number one’ all-over at the Village Nursing Home where she works as a cook, to show her sister that she’s not alone.

Liz said: “I did it because I love her.”

The sisters will now spend the next two weeks raising more cash.
