Cumbernauld 10k a race for all ages

THIS year’s Cumbernauld 10k event will take place on Sunday, September 9 at Broadwood Stadium – and there’s a race for all ages.

Primary 5, 6 and 7 pupils will race over 1k, starting from 10.00, while S1 to S4 age pupils can compete in the 3k run which begins at 11.10am. And anyone over 16 can line up for the main 10k race at 11.00am.

For the first time, supporters of our charity partners, the Scottish Spina Bifida Association and Scottish Centre for Children with Motor Impairments, will have an opportunity to take part in a Victory Mile event. This allows young people affected by these conditions, their friends and family to support the event with a mile walk around the stadium.
