Stagecoach West of Scotland Super League, First Division

CUMBERNAULD United shared the points with Yoker Athletic at Guy’s Meadow on Satuday – the first drawn league match for the locals since May 21, 2011, when their opponents were Whitletts Victoria.

This Stagecoach West of Scotland Super League first division match was a real Christmas cracker of a game with some good football, some defensive howlers, and plenty of enjoyment for the fans who braved the elements as the teams scored five goals each.

Although not at their best United came from behind three times in this absorbing fixture played, despite continuous rain, on a surprisingly playable surface.
