Depressing day for Kilsyth Rangers

This was another very depressing day for the Rangers fans, they may not have had much expectation of a win against table topping Beith, but few can have anticipated the extent of the final drubbing.

Yet up till the interval Rangers were well in the game and mught even have been ahead at that point.

The first real chance of the game came with Kelly putting over a good cross ball to Eelles who tried an overhead kick from close range but Strain just happened to be in the right place and took it easily.

Beith were moving the ball well and were soon making a few chances but not getting many shots in, and Duke dealt well with the few that did. Kelly made another good run and this time tried a shot from outside the box which was only just over the bar.

It was a good open game with both teams playing some good football and there were a few more chances made,
