Junior side Kilsyth Rangers had mixed fortunes in their opening two pre-season friendlies.

Rangers were down 4-0 to a strong looking St Roch’s outfit at Duncansfield last Wednesday.

An own goal by Hrenak and a quickfire double by Logan just before the the break gave the Glasgow side a commanding 3-0 half-time lead.

Mussa then completed the scoring with a fourth goal in the second half, despite Kilsyth claims for offside.

However Rangers bounced back on Saturday with a fine 4-3 win over East Region Premier Division side Camelon, also at Duncansfield, with Barclay and Prentice netting two apiece.
