The AGM of Kilsyth Rangers is being held at the club hut, Duncansfield on Friday, June 7 at 7 p.m. All members are urged to attend.
With Rangers now safe from relegation following last week’s victory at Whittlets, and Cumbernauld also safe, attention now turns to who will also be in the Super League first division. Hurlford and Kilbirnie are promoted and Largs are in the play-off position. They will be replaced by Shotts, who are definitely relegated and possibly Ashfield, and Pollok or Beith.
Already relegated from the first division are Whittlets, Ardrossan and Perthshire, with either Kello or Maybole joining them.
Coming up from the district leagues are Kilwinning and Troon from Ayrshire and Greenock and probably Lesmahagow from central district.
There will be quite a few new venues to visit next year.
The Scotland under 19 squad trained at Duncansfield for two days last week before setting off for a tournament in Belgium. The coaches complimented the club on the excellent condition of the playing surface which was of great assistance to them in their preparations
