United are Dun in with sub’s last minute strike
Lanark lost a two goal lead in Saturday’s game at Moor Park, before scoring what looked the winner on 90 minutes.
However, their joy quickly turned to despair as Dunipace produced an unlikely equaliser after three minutes of injury time.

Hide AdUnited opened the scoring on 20 minutes when Danny Burns collected a pass from John Renwick before rounding the ‘keeper and slotting the ball into the net.
A minute later they looked to be on easy street when Scott Falconer blasted a 25-yard rocket into the roof of the Dunipace net.
The visitors had other ideas and they reduced the lead on 31 minutes when Stephen Oates picked up a loose ball palmed out by the Lanark ‘keeper and quickly fired the ball into the net.
Lanark came under strong pressure in the second period and ‘keeper Danny Tobin made a great stop on the line on 77 minutes but on 85 minutes Stephen Oates bagged his second goal with a blistering 30 yard drive which Tobin could only palm into the net.

Hide AdLanark came back after this setback and Burns went on a mazy run on 90 minutes beating three defenders and the ‘keeper before firing the ball into the net for a wonder goal.
Unbelievably Dunipace produced the equaliser three minutes into injury time when sub’ Erald Krasnqi was left unmarked for a tap-in at the back post when the ball came in from the right.
Saturday’s draw means United must win their last game against Johnstone Burgh at Keanie Park this Saturday.
United manager Brian Johnston said: “Before the game I would have taken a draw but it was disappointing with the way the game unfolded.

“We are conceding a lot of late goals and it is concerning but we always look like we are going to score goals which is pleasing.
“Saturday is a must win game for us. Johnstone are already relegated but their manager is leaving after this Saturday’s game so they will be well up for it.
“I will take a 6-5 win on Saturday!”
