Cumbernauld United’s Scottish Junior Cup fourth round tie against Dalry Thistle was, for the second time, postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. A third attempt to play the match will be made on Saturday at the Ayrshire ground, kick off 1.45pm.
The United supporters’ bus for Dalry will leave Guy’s Meadow at 11.40am and the Town Centre at 11.45am.
The winners of the fourth round tie have been drawn to travel to Cardenden, Fife, to meet the local Dundonald Bluebell in the fifth round on February 15.
The Cumbernauld team have signed Kevin Finlayson from Irvine Meadow, but unfortunately, Kevin cannot be considered for the Dalry game as he is already Cup-tied with Meadow.
Kevin, described as an adaptable player, made 35 appearances for Clyde in season 2010/2011. He should be a good addition to the United squad.
