In a major blow to their Central Division 1 promotion hopes, Lesmahagow Juniors lost 1-0 at home to Blantyre on Monday night.

A solitary goal by Lee McShane on the stroke of half-time did the damage for Blantyre, who moved above k’Gow into fourth place with the win.
