THURSDAY DECEMBER 11

MACMILLAN Snow Globe event taking place at the Pearce Institute. Have your photo taken inside a giant snow globe in aid of the charity. 10am-6pm.

PANTO fun at Eastwood Park with Runway Theatre Co’s Cinderella, running until Dec 13. 7.30pm each night plus 11am and 3pm Sat mats. £11-£15 from 577 4956.

EAGLESHAM Music and Drama Group present their panto, Sleeping Beauty, at Montgomerie Halls. Runs until Dec 13, times vary. Tickets are £8/£6 from 07870 339 654.

SATURDAY DECEMBER 13

CHRISTMAS crafts today and tomorrow at Whitelee Windfarm. Free events — today, decorations suitable for ages five and up and tomorrow, festive windsocks suitable for ages 7 plus.

REINDEER return to Holmwood House today and tomorrow before setting off for Christmas. 11am-4pm, entry is £5/£3, or £14 for a family.

SUNDAY DECEMBER 14

TESCO Silverburn festive market from noon-5pm

FAMILY films at The Burrell, today showing a festive classic about a talking reindeer. From 2pm, and the event is free to join.

CHRISTMAS concert at St Margaret’s, courtesy of Eastwood Choral Singers. Peace on Earth kicks off at 3.30pm and tickets are £8.

THURSDAY DECEMBER 18

BIG Christmas Sing as four Giffnock churches join together and carol for a good cause. At Giffnock South Parish Church from 7.30pm — free event and all are welcome.
