Changes at the Coachman

Landmark Kilsyth hotel The Coachman appears to have undergone a change in ownership.

Companies House have listed Coachman (Kilsyth) Ltd as undergoing liquidation.

However a spokesman for liquidators Grainger Corporate Rescue and Recovery told the News and Chronicle: “A new owner has been found so we are not talking about a closure”.

Grainger were able to provide a name for the new owner - Parkfoot Ltd - but could supply contact details for what appears to be a newly established company.
