Winners of the Glasgow Awards 2018 announced

Two local businesses and a community group have scooped gongs at this year's Glasgow Awards.

Pollok Football Club won Best Sporting Initiative; MaralDress took home Independent Retail Business of the Year and Titan Fitness scooped Best Independent Gym.

The fourth Glasgow Awards 2018 welcomed 200 guests at the Crowne Plaza Glasgow Hotel on Monday, July 23in a celebration of the best professionals and establishments in the city of Glasgow.

The Glasgow Awards are a celebration of the success and achievements of the local community – the people and the businesses that work tirelessly to make a difference and contribute to the development of the city we all love.

The winners are a true reflection of high standard and customer service as they are chosen by members of the general public.

The black tie event was hosted by Scottish Radio personality, Gina McKie.

She welcomed on stage talented individuals and businesses, acknowledged for constantly delivering memorable experiences and high-quality service to their clients.
