The school also recognised the many successes of 150 of its pupils at a special celebration assembly, when the students were all presented with certificates for their various achievements within and outwith school.

For many, the highlight was last Tuesday’s ‘Crazy Day’, the school’s annual charities’ day.

During the morning, pupils participated in a wide range of events from henna tattoos to table tennis and from robot games to sweet making. In addition, everyone took part in the customary techy carnival and PE Olympics.

In the afternoon, the entire school was entertained by a show, put on by sixth-year pupils and staff. There was a wide range of acts and everyone involved worked very hard to make the day a success.
