BMX group set for open day

THIS Saturday, October 1, Centurions BMX Club will be hosting a free-to-attend open day event at their track near St Maurice’s High School.

Visitors can expect to see races, stunts, enjoy the catering and a balloon launch is also set for the day.

Guests of honour include Gregg McClymont, Cumbernauld’s MP, and constituency MSP Jamie Hepburn who will both be in attendance.

The event runs from 11am until 4pm, with the guests’ speeches and balloon launch set to take place between 12.30pm and 2pm. Parking is at St Maurice’s High School and the club is grateful to www.theairbag.net for their support.
