Now that their grown-up family have flown the nest, the owners of this charming Carrickstone property are looking to downsize.
Mum-of-four Elizabeth Downie has lived in the property for seven years, which is situated in Cawder Road in the much desired area of Carrickstone.
The property has, however, become too big for herself, her husband Iain and daughter Leah (4).
