Carluke chef competing in pastry Olympics
Andrew, 25, a former Carluke High School pupil, is head pastry chef at the Trump Turnberry in South Ayrshire.

Joining a team of talented Chef’s from around Scotland, Andrew and the team will take on 28 different countries in a series of both hot kitchen and cold static display events.
Having studied for three years at Motherwell College, Andrew graduated in City & Guild

has spent the last three years at the Ayrshire resort before being promoted to Head Pastry
Chef earlier this year.
