Child reported after knife incident in Cumbernauld
Police have confirmed that a child is the subject of a report to the the Children's Reporter after a incident sparked alarm in Cumbernauld.
Officers responded to a complaint in Carbrain that an 11-year-old boy from Cumbernauld was in possession of a knife in a public place at 3pm on Tuesday.
Police conducted enquiries in the Glenhove Road area.
And sufficient evidence was found to report the youth in question.
