RESTORATION work at Condorrat Parish Church is well underway and the congregation are now fundraising towards the re-installation of their church organ.
The church raised £150,000 thanks to various events and also grants from WREN (Waste Recycling Environmental Ltd) and EKF (Environmental Key Fund).
Work began in October, with a view to the church returning to normal business in the spring.
Routine services have been relocated to the church hall while the main building is being restored.
Weddings are being rescheduled until after the renovations while funerals are conducted at parlours or the crematorium.
