Condorrat fayre a success

The Condorrat Parish Church Christmas Fayre took place last weekend and was once again very popular with locals.

With a host of stalls offering fun and bargains the fayre did a roaring trade. Younger visitors also got the chance to meet Santa.

Margaret McCallum, who convenes the church fundraising committee, said: “We had lots of people come along and plenty of lovely gifts were available from the stalls for them to choose from.

“The fayre raised £1640 for church funds, which is in keeping with previous years. Now that we have finished our major renovations and opened our sanctuary earlier this year, the money will go towards general church funds.”
