Cocaine arrest in Condorrat

A drugs-related arrest has been made in Condorrat’s Main Road.

Police officers stopped a 40 year old female at 1230am on Sunday, June 29.

She was searched and was found in possession of cocaine.

A report on this incident has been sent to the procurator fiscal in Airdrie.

Meanwhile police have arrested another female in Kilsyth.

The 36 year old motorist who is local was found to be one and a half times over the legal limit in Register Road at 12.25 am on Saturday, June 28.

Meanwhile, enquiries are continuing into another incident in Condorrat.

Last week we revealed how an ornamental train and horse were vandalised but we can confirm that no arrests have been made to date.
