The Scottish Police Authority (SPA) also considered a report assessing the initial progress that has been made in realising the long-term benefits of police reform.

This update sets out the group’s intention to engage with relevant staff associations on emerging findings.

It will then present its conclusions and recommendations at a dedicated SPA meeting to be staged at the end of May.
