Extinction Rebellion protest saw police called to Eurocentral
The protestors have argued that the delivery of newspapers deserved to be blocked across the country - because newspapers have not been reporting their concerns about climate change.
Many newsagents were left without papers the following morning - and the actions of the protesters have sparked widespread counterclaims that they were trying to gag the press.

Hide AdA police spokesperson said: “Around 10.30pm on Friday, 4 September, officers were called to a report of a protest at Eurocentral.
“Officers attended and spoke to those in attendance.
“The protest was peaceful and there were no issues.”
