Man accused of causing fear and alarm in Kilsyth has been charged

Police Scotland has confirmed that a 36-year-old male has been charged in connection with two separate incidents in Kilsyth - where he was alleged to have caused fear and alarm with his approaches towards young girls

The first alleged incident happened on Wednesday, March 17 in Burngreen and involved two ten-year-old girls.

The alleged second incident happened on Friday March 19 in Stirling Road and involved an 11-year-old girl.

A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and he is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court today (Wednesday March 31)
