Man arrested after dog incident in Cumbernauld
Police have confirmed that an arrest has been made in regard to a dog which was giving them grounds for concern earlier this month.
As we reported, the animal - who is a Mastiff-type breed- had allegedly been seen attacking other dogs around Glenacre Road Officers have now confirmed that a 31-year-old male has now been arrested in connection with offences relating to the Dangerous Dogs Act. A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
