Police are on the hunt for a German Shepherd after another dog was attacked in a vicious incident.
The animal was being walked off its lead around 3.3opm on Sunday, July 12 by a male owner.
This attack occurred near Broadwood Stadium which is popular with dog walkers heading for the loch.
The German Shepherd spied another dog, namely a Jack Russell and targeted this smaller breed with some force.
Police have confirmed that the animal needed to be taken to a vet for treatment after the incident.
Now they have contacted us in the hope that the German Shepherd’s owner can be traced as soon as possible.
