Cumbernauld based charity in cry for help

A Cumbernauld based charity are asking residents and businesses alike to “Give a Little” to help change a lot.

The Scottish Spina Bifida Association (SSBA) support over 3,500 people living with the life changing conditions of spina bifida and of hydrocephalus.

For the charity’s life-time commitment of care and support the SSBA has to raise over £1 million annually.

Sadly, they have to raise nearly all their running costs from public donations and support from campaigns like this.

Maralyn Boyle, from the SSBA said: “There are a number of ways you can ‘Give a Little’ to support the charity and these local services.

“Simply donate your time, local knowledge and experience to help us raise as much as possible. By giving a little, you can help the SSBA give a lot to those affected in Lanarkshire.”
