A CUMBERNAULD resident has hit out at a local letting agent after receiving what she claims to be an appalling quality of customer service.

A CUMBERNAULD resident has hit out at a local letting agent after receiving what she claims to be an appalling quality of customer service.

Jillian Bird (25) was renting a house in Westfield with her partner Ross (26) through an independent letting agent who was working through Remax in Cumbernauld Town Centre.

Jillian said: “The issues we have encountered while dealing with one of their letting agents have been extremely upsetting and the quality of service we received has been appalling.

However, Remax President Mary Percy completely refuted Jillian’s claims this week and said: “The agents at Remax Cumbernauld feel that they did their best for Jillian in a professional manner.”
