Cumbernauld’s Craighalbert Centre marks a major milestone

THE Craighalbert Centre, Scotland’s national centre for children with motor impairments, celebrated its 20th anniversary at its premises in Cumbernauld at the weekend.

THE Craighalbert Centre, Scotland’s national centre for children with motor impairments, celebrated its 20th anniversary at its premises in Cumbernauld at the weekend.

On Saturday, Craighalbert hosted an open day with more than 100 people - children and their relatives, former and current staff and supporters - all coming along to make the event a roaring success.

Centre director Professor Patrick Salter said afterwards: “Everyone attending had a fantastic day.”
