From the editor’s chair

I’M unfortunately not going to be treated to a free dinner tonight, very nice though it was to have the invitation from Cumbernauld College.

Their students are launching their brand new restuarnate TASTE, which will soon be open to the general public.

Much more than that it will provide plenty of practical work experience for all the student chefs and those with an eye on a hospitality or front of house career. Wonder if they can organise a doggy bag for the office!

Talking of official openings, this Friday the new look offices of the News and Chronicle will be officially unveiled. We’ve been back on site for a few weeks now, but we’re looking forward to showing off our great new look to our visitors.
