Survey of public land use
The greenspace initiative wants people to respond to an online survey as it attempts to map the land tended by individuals and community groups.
Participants in the study will be able to trace the boundary and entrances of their growing spaces while also answering questions about them, such as the number of trees or plots.

Keith Geddes is the chairman of GSCN. He said: “This groundbreaking research will support our work in increasing the area of land used by communities for growing plants, fruit and vegetables and I would encourage locals in North Lanarkshire to take part.”
