Cumbernauld Against Poverty is hosting the game at the Cumbernauld Footgolf Centre in Palacerigg on Saturday, November 26. Kickoff will be at 12 noon.

Organiser Michael Croly said: “Cumbernauld Against Poverty started up around the time of the referendum in 2014. We held regular meetings at which we’d hold bucket collections for food banks and we’ve gone on to raise over £2,000 so far. We mainly work with Cornerstone House of Bread but have also made donations to other local food banks. We’ve held a couple of these football matches now and they always seem to entertain people while every penny raised will be given to the food banks to help local people.”
