Gala theme to be the Great War
Cumbernauld Gala takes place on Saturday, June 21, at Cumbernauld New Town Hall, and this year will have a military theme to mark the commemoration of the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War.
It’s understood the Army will be contributing one or more vehicles to the event, which will also include the traditional procession through the town and crowning of the Gala Queen.
