Loveable Roman has so far had no luck in finding a new home, since he became a seemingly permanent guest at the SSPCA’s local rehoming centre – in fact he’s been there more than 13 months.
Yet according to staff he is friendly, house-trained and always eager to learn new tricks, and could be ideal for a family able to give him the love and attention he needs.
In one way SSPCA workers will be sorry to see him go, but at the same time he clearly needs a proper, permanent home.
Centre manager Peter Fleming said: “Roman would benefit from routine and consistency in his life and would be best suited to a home with children over the age of 12 years old.”
If you can offer Roman the loving home he craves, call the SSPCA Lanarkshire centre on 03000 999 999 (Open seven days from 10am to 4pm),
